The Mayor of Carlisle will welcome Beijing Biddies back after successful Arctic Challenge – at their sponsors Lloyds Motors

The Mayor of Carlisle will greet the Beijing Biddies on their arrival home from Arctic Challenge. They are delighted that this is being hosted at Lloyds Volvo, as the car company sponsored and supported the challenge with vehicles and assistance along the way.

The team succeeded in their non stop challenge to northern most point of Arctic on Saturday 28th February. Thank you to all who have supported them in this test of endurance.

Congratulations to the team Beijing Biddies.

On their return journey, the team visited hospitals involved in pioneering cancer care, and reminded us all about why their fundraising is so important.
